Owner, Pet Stylist

Serena founded the salon with one goal in mind—to create a happy, stress-free environment where pets feel safe, loved, and well cared for. She believes in the power of appointment-based grooming and one-on-one attention, ensuring each pet receives a personalized experience tailored to their needs. Serena is AKC S.A.F.E. Certified, reflecting her commitment to safety and professionalism in every aspect of her work. She currently has a spirited Chihuahua by her side and grew up with loyal German Shepherds, giving her a deep appreciation for dogs of all sizes. When it comes to grooming, her favorites are the older dogs that need more special care and the toy sized breeds.

Manager

Astian is the salon manager and brings a strong background in customer service to the grooming industry. While newer to the grooming field, she has always had a love for animals, having had two Toy Poodles throughout her life. Astian is passionate about creating a welcoming, collaborative experience for both clients and their pets. She works closely with our grooming team to keep communication clear, make sure clients feel heard, and help each appointment run as smoothly as possible. She takes pride in supporting both our clients and team and helping create a positive salon environment.

Senior Pet Stylist

Rachel B. brings nearly 20 years of grooming experience and a strong background in breed-specific trims. She especially enjoys working with small dogs and takes pride in creating clean, polished grooms that highlight each breed’s unique look. With years of hands-on experience, Rachel is comfortable working with a variety of coat types, temperaments, and grooming needs. She values getting to know each dog and providing consistent, quality care with every visit. Outside of the salon, Rachel is a longtime animal lover with four dogs of her own, along with chickens and ducks at home.

Pet Stylist

Trishelle has two years of experience in the pet industry and brings a genuine love for animals to her work. She especially enjoys grooming Schnauzers and creative grooms, where she can have fun with different styles and bring some personality to the finished look. She also enjoys working with cats and appreciates the different approach and patience that feline grooming requires.

Outside of the salon, Trishelle has a Schnauzer and two cats of her own, so her love for both dogs and cats carries into her everyday life. She takes pride in getting to know each pet’s individual personality, helping them feel comfortable throughout their appointment, and continuing to build her grooming skills and experience.

Pet Stylist

Cierra S. has 4.5 years of experience in the pet industry, along with previous experience in the veterinary field. She especially enjoys working with large breeds and finds a lot of joy and satisfaction in a good deshed and hand scissor. Her experience has given her a strong understanding of animal handling, coat care, and helping pets feel comfortable throughout the grooming process. At home, Cierra has a dog and four cats of her own, so animals are a big part of her life both in and outside of the salon. She enjoys getting to know each pet she works with and providing a thorough, comfortable grooming experience.

Pet Stylist

Madison has been part of the salon team for over a year and is known for her attention to detail and patient approach to grooming. She especially enjoys working with Doodles and has a talent for creating soft, rounded teddy bear-style heads and polished finishes. She also works especially well with timid or nervous dogs, taking things at a slower pace and giving them the extra time they need to feel comfortable.

Madison takes pride in getting to know each dog and tailoring her approach to their individual coat, personality, and needs. Her love for animals extends beyond the salon as well, with a particular passion for horses.
