Serena founded the salon with one goal in mind—to create a happy, stress-free environment where pets feel safe, loved, and well cared for. She believes in the power of appointment-based grooming and one-on-one attention, ensuring each pet receives a personalized experience tailored to their needs. Serena is AKC S.A.F.E. Certified, reflecting her commitment to safety and professionalism in every aspect of her work. She currently has a spirited Chihuahua by her side and grew up with loyal German Shepherds, giving her a deep appreciation for dogs of all sizes. When it comes to grooming, her favorites are Schnauzers and extra-small breeds—she loves the detail and precision involved in bringing out their unique personalities through a great groom.

Pet Stylist

Animals have always held a special place in Tegan’s heart. She grew up with Jack Russells and Doodles, and now has an Australian Labradoodle a Doberman Mix, and a Tuxedo Cat named Pickles. In school, she was all about FFA and spent years raising livestock, which helped spark her deep passion for caring for animals. Grooming quickly became the perfect fit—combining her love for animals with her attention to detail. She especially enjoys working with big, fluffy breeds like Newfoundland’s, Golden Retrievers, and Labs, but she’s just as happy pampering a feisty cat. Tegan’s calm, caring nature and genuine love for what she does make every grooming session a great experience for pets and their people.

Pet Stylist

Sara’s passion for grooming shines through in everything she does. Growing up with lovable Labradors, she developed a strong bond with animals early on—and that love naturally led her to a career in pet grooming. One of her favorite parts of the job is working with Poodles, especially when she gets to show off her creativity with their signature fancy cuts. Sara is all about making pets look and feel their best while keeping the grooming experience as stress-free as possible. She shares her days with her adorable pug mix, Rudy, who comes to the salon with her regularly and has become a familiar (and very spoiled) face around the shop. Whether she’s pampering a Poodle or snuggling Rudy between appointments, Sara brings warmth, skill, and dedication to every pet she meets.

Receptionist/Bather

Sierra has been passionate about animal care for years. Before stepping into the grooming industry, she spent two years working in boarding facilities and pet sitting, where she gained hands-on experience ensuring pets felt safe, comfortable, and loved. Now, with an almost year of grooming industry experience under her belt, Sierra brings patience, attention to detail, and a caring touch to every pet she works with. As both a receptionist and bather, she’s often the friendly face who welcomes you and your pet, making sure every visit runs smoothly.

At home, Sierra is a proud pet parent to a Husky–Newfoundland mix who keeps her busy and inspires her daily dedication to pet care. She’s excited to continue growing in the grooming field and helping pets look and feel their best.
